Please read our terms and conditions carefully. They contain important information about our policies regarding warranties and returns.
All TMX CHUCKS MADE IN USA come with a ten-year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. If your TMX USA-made chuck, covered by these terms, experiences such a defect, TMX will replace it free of charge.
To maintain your warranty's validity, you must use, maintain, and operate the chuck according to TMX safety and operating instructions.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, neglect (in use or maintenance), accidents, acids, water, unsuitable storage, excessive impact, or transport.
- Defects due to not following TMX guidelines (e.g., "How to adjust runout on a SET-TRU chuck") or using an incorrect spindle adapter.
- Defects caused by non-TMX original spare parts, accessories, or components.
- Tools that have been modified or improperly repaired.
Submitting a Warranty Claim:
To submit a warranty repair claim, please contact TMX customer support. Chucks returned for warranty repair must include a valid purchase receipt or invoice; otherwise, the warranty will be void. Claims must be submitted as soon as possible and within the warranty period.
